Service requests
The environmental impact of the activities provided for in this initial assessment is required for those transactions that have been applied in accordance with Law „On Environmental Impact Assessment” 8.
The intended activity shall be notified in accordance with the Law „On Environmental Impact Assessment” by submitting a submission to the relevant regional environmental board of the NHS.
The VVD, the regional environmental parvalde not later than within seven working days after receipt of the intended activity submission may request the applicant further information, if the information provided in the application is not sufficient to carry out an initial environmental impact assessment.Receipt of services
Initial assessment results within the NHS regional environmental board shall, together with the intended activity submission to the Environment State Bureau (hereinafter – ESB) decision making.
VPvB according to the results of initial assessment shall take a decision regarding the activities envisaged in the environmental impact assessment and application or non-application of the decision making within three working days notify the decision to the initiator.
According to the ESB decision:
• If the transaction does not require an environmental impact assessment, the VVD regional environmental board shall issue technical regulations of the applicant 10 working days from the date of decision making.
• If an environmental impact assessment is required, you are embarking on an environmental impact assessment procedure.
