Service requests
Onsite service may require, by post or email (sending an application with secure electronic signature, otherwise the application will be considered only as informative material and will need a signed application in paper format).
Transmitted by the State Environmental Service a submission to the relevant Regional environmental board. After a visit to the VVD RVP 's request, an operator shall submit the necessary additional information.
The submission shall specify:
1.1 .juridiskās person 's name, registration number, legal address and telephone number or physical person' s name, surname, personal identity number and telephone number address of the place of residence;
1.2 .paredzētais type of natural resources to be used in economic activities (according to the natural resources tax laws. Annex 1);
1.3 .paredzētais volume of natural resources to be used in economic activities;
1.4 .dabas resource location and economic activity, which are derived from natural resources (in accordance with the natural resources tax law in the second subparagraph of Article 12).
The application shall be accompanied by:
2.1 .zemes ownership or use of certificates of authority, which is based on the right to dispose of natural resources;
2.2 .dokumentus involved in economic activities, which provides for the type and actual volume of natural resources;
2.3 .teritorijas map (scale 1: 10000 or greater) indicating the location of the natural resources.
